Tong Thi My Thi

Thi is a consultant at ISET-Vietnam. Her main responsibility attaches with the implementation of the Zurich Flood Resilience (FRMC) Project in Thua Thien Hue, Binh Dinh, and Can Tho. She has majors on environmental management, disaster resilience, and climate change adaptation. Thi got her PhD from Kyoto University, with her thesis focused on community and school based disaster resilience. She has over ten years of experiences in designing, planning, and implementing projects in a wide variety of climate change and disaster-related topics with international and domestic organizations such as Winrock International, Institute for Social and Environmental Transition, Research Triangle Institute, Care International, Oxfam, Mission Alliance Vietnam, UNESCO, and SEEDS Asia. Throughout her consultancy and research work, she has built a good relationship with many governmental partners in Vietnam from national to local levels.
