This Handbook has been developed for authorities at the district level and other local governments for a practical guide on the ?Essentials of Making Districts Climate Resilient? and to help and implement risk reduction initiatives at a sub-national level that will further help in achieving the goals of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction and targets of Paris Climate Agreement.
