Working in partnership with other organizations, particularly local organizations in low income regions, to bring global perspectives and resources into local projects and to build the capacity of local organizations and disseminate the results of their initiatives.

Serving as an open, non-partisan, professional forum for communication of environment and development issues, initiatives, approaches and results to a wide array of existing and emerging audiences.
